Thanks to a mid-afternoon visit from Mother Nature, plans have been shuffled for this week’s inaugural Boone River Bayou races at the Hamilton County Speedway. W

Beginning in 2017, Summit Racing Equipment will be the title sponsor of the USRA Weekly Racing Series, and The World’s Speed Shop™ will be the Official High Performance Source of the USRA.

The Iron Man Challenge will kick off the 2017 campaign with USRA B-Mods competing March 23-25, at the Humboldt Speedway during the King of America VII Modified Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment.

One year after capturing the Out-Pace USRA B-Mod National Championship in the USRA Weekly Racing Series, Andy Bryant returned in 2016 to etch his name on champion’s trophy in the Iron Man Series.

Entering its seventh season, the USRA Holley Iron Man Series once again features a combination of both new venues and familiar facilities at 18 of the finest dirt ovals in Iowa, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota and Missouri.

The USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season Oct. 25, and with points tallied and audited, the USRA has officially crowned four drivers from four states as 2015 USRA National Champions.

The USRA will celebrate the accomplishments of the dedicated drivers, along with their families and crew members, at the annual USRA awards banquet on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.

Tom Schmitt and Andy Bryant each led the first, last and every lap in between to capture the feature wins Wednesday as the Holley Iron Man Series visited the Hamilton County Speedway

No appetizers needed for this weekend’s entreé as the Holley Iron Man Series dishes up a hearty helping of racing excitement with four shows in five days.

The 2015 racing season will be the sixth for the Holley Iron Man Series, and the biggest and boldest schedule yet is in place for the popular series featuring USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods.
