A record 228 people attended Saturday night’s annual USRA Awards Banquet in the Star Pavilion located at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City as the USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season.

The USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season Oct. 25, and with points tallied and audited, the USRA has officially crowned four drivers from four states as 2015 USRA National Champions.

The USRA will celebrate the accomplishments of the dedicated drivers, along with their families and crew members, at the annual USRA awards banquet on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.

The 2015 USRA Weekly Racing Series is nearing the final lap, and the quest to become one of four USRA national champions gets hotter and hotter as the finish line gets closer and closer.

Another good field of race cars turned out at Chateau Raceway for a show presented by CBR Drilling of Dexter and Express Pressure Washers of Blooming Prairie.

Jason Cummins score his third USRA Modified feature win of the season Friday at the Chateau Raceway while Kylie Kath notched his seventh in the USRA B-Mods.

A large field of 86 cars jammed the Chateau Raceway for a show presented by MidwestRepairables.com. Two drivers continued their domination, and there was plenty of excitement on the track.

This week was the annual fireworks night at Chateau Raceway and a big crowd was on hand to watch the action in the sky and on the track.

Race fans kicked off the Fourth of July weekend in style with racing at the Chateau Raceway on Friday as an excellent field of cars turned out to perform on Lewison Spray Foam Insulation Night.

More heavy rains hit the Lansing, Minn., area earlier in the week and thunderstorms just missed the Chateau Raceway on race day.
